Voodoo Lily Amorphophallus Bulbifer

Poppy’s Plant of the Week is the unusual and fascinating plant called Voodoo Lily (Amorphophallus Bulbifer). 

This unique plant has one giant dived leaf on top of a mottled fleshy stem.  It produces large flowers and its name comes from the bulbils that develop on the leaves during autumn.  It prefers full sun and part shade and grows to 1m.
